1. Acceptance of these terms
This website, and the content, features and functionality offered on it (the Site), is operated by DashAPI, Inc. (a Delaware corporation). These Website Terms of Use, together with any document they incorporate, apply to your access to and use of the Site.
By using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site only. Use of the DashAPI platform is governed by theDashAPI Terms of Service, and use of the LinkMe application by the LinkMe Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these, they control for the product they cover.
2. Who may use this site
The Site is offered to people aged 18 or over who can enter into a binding contract. By using it you represent that you meet that requirement. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We make the Site available worldwide, but we make no representation that its content is appropriate or available in every location. You are responsible for complying with local law where you access it.
3. Accuracy and availability of content
We take reasonable care with the content on the Site, but it is provided for general information only. It is not comprehensive, is not professional, legal or financial advice, and may change without notice. Product descriptions, roadmap statements, benchmarks and research figures reflect our view at the time of publication and are not commitments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we do not warrant that the Site or its content is accurate, complete or current, or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license everything on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, layout, code and design (Our Content) — and it is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may share or repost material we publish for sharing — for example a blog post, research summary or social card — provided you do not claim ownership, do not imply endorsement without our written agreement, do not present it misleadingly, and do not damage our reputation.
"DashAPI", "Dashee", "LinkMe" and our logos are our trade marks and may not be used without our consent.
5. Conduct we do not accept
You must not use the Site to:
- do anything unlawful, or anything that infringes another person's rights, including privacy rights;
- defame, harass, threaten or offend any person;
- send unsolicited electronic messages, or harvest contact details for that purpose;
- scrape, data mine or otherwise extract content by automated means, other than by well-behaved search engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt;
- tamper with, probe, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's operation or another visitor's use of it; or
- help anyone else do any of the above.
Security researchers: report suspected vulnerabilities under ourSecurity Overview rather than testing destructively.
6. Content and enquiries you submit
If you submit a form, request access, or otherwise send us information through the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that providing it does not breach anyone's rights.
Where you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you. We will not identify you as the source without your consent.
We may remove, refuse to publish, or restrict any content submitted through the Site at our discretion, including where we consider it unlawful, misleading or harmful.
7. Linking to and from this site
You may link to the Site provided you do so fairly and lawfully, and do not suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. We may ask you to remove a link, and you must comply promptly.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Follow those links at your own risk and review their terms.
8. Products, pricing and purchases
Prices and plans shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Any purchase or subscription formed through the Site is governed by the DashAPI Terms of Service or, for LinkMe, the LinkMe Terms of Service and the app store terms that apply to your purchase.
9. Our liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITY, DATA OR REPUTATION — ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR OTHERWISE.
Our liability is reduced to the extent that you, or a matter outside our reasonable control, caused or contributed to the loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights you have under local law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless DashAPI, Inc., its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use.
12. Suspension and discontinuation
We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice, and may restrict access to anyone whose use we consider to breach these terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The dispute resolution provisions of theDashAPI Terms of Service — informal resolution, individual binding arbitration and the class action waiver — apply to disputes arising from the Site, and are subject to the same carve-outs, including for mandatory local consumer rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on the Site. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and your continued use of the Site means you accept it.
